OUR APPROACH

Through our counseling efforts, we seek to help clients comply and make whatever modifications are required in their activities and their operations to keep pace with the rapidly changing and complex environmental laws and regulations. We counsel clients about the meaning and interpretation of the laws and we often represent clients by drafting and negotiating environmental clauses of commercial contracts, environmental compliance and due diligence reviews, and environmental audits to avoid unnecessary and expensive enforcement efforts against our clients. Focused on a cost-effective and results oriented approach when seeking favorable solutions to clients environmental problems, our attorneys explore all forms of advocacy in resolving compliance and transactional matters.

  • Conducting due diligence, advising clients, and draft contract language on real estate transactions and on corporate mergers and acquisitions and management of Phase I and Phase II investigations and disclosure and reporting obligations
  • Assisting clients with internal audit and self-disclosures under state statutes and federal guidance policies
