PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Mr. Hedrick handles a wide variety of business law matters. These matters include negotiation, planning and documentation of all kinds of business agreements and transactions, resolution of business disputes, and representation of clients in litigation and arbitration of business disputes. His practice involves commercial lending, commercial real estate, and corporate and general business matters. Mr. Hedrick routinely advises clients regarding the selection, formation, operation, restructure, conversion and termination of business entities. He frequently represents clients in purchases and sales of businesses, real estate, stock and assets. He handles loan workout and collection matters and advises lenders with regard to issues of lender liability. His practice also includes probate and estate matters, as well as condemnation cases.

PERSONAL
Mr. Hedrick was born December 10, 1958 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is
married to Valorie Strother Hedrick. They have three children, Taylor,
Brad, and Sam. Mr. Hedrick enjoys travel and snow skiing.
