John Bufe, the head of Potter Minton’s Labor & Employment Law section was recently recertified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of labor and employment law. Mr. Bufe was first certified as a specialist in the field of labor and employment law in 1983 and was previously recertified in 1988, 1993, 1998, and most recently in 2003.

Mr. Bufe regularly represents employers with a variety of labor and employment law problems, including in litigation defending against labor and employment law claims. Mr. Bufe also heads the litigation section at Potter Minton.
