Ron Stutes recently spoke at the Texas City Attorneys Association's Semi-Annual Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. He spoke on the topic, "Sovereign Immunity in Breach of Contract Cases." Due to Ron's unique background, he is often invited to speak at various seminars and lectures. The seminar was attended by approximately 200 municipal attorneys from around the State of Texas.

Ron recently joined Potter Minton, bringing with him impressive experience in municipal law and litigation as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas, Texas, and in private practice.
