Ron Stutes, a member in the Firm, recently spoke at a Municipal Law Seminar in Dallas, Texas regarding the Basics of Municipal Law in Texas. Ron spoke on Governmental Immunity, a valuable defense to lawsuits against cities. The seminar was attended by a number of city and county municipal officers, managers, and legal staff.
