Potter Minton is pleased to welcome Justice Diane DeVasto to our Firm. Justice DeVasto will return to private practice this July at the conclusion of a twenty-three year judiciary career. Judge DeVasto is currently a 12^th Court of Appeals justice and has been for the past three years. Prior to that, Judge DeVasto served as judge for the 241^st District Court, Smith County Court-at-Law and the Tyler Municipal Court.
