On July 27, 2006, Glenn Thames gave a presentation at the State Bar of Texas Advanced Patent Litigation Conference. The presentation addressed strategies for managing and navigating litigation in fast track courts.  Approximately 100 private practice attorneys, judges and in-house counsel were in attendance.
