At the recently held 2007 TADC Fall Meeting and Confernece, Douglas McSwane spoke on the topic of Texas Medical Negligence Law. Mr. McSwane's paper, titled "Annual Check-Up: A Post Reform Update on Texas Medical Negligence Law," discussed the trends in tort filings, physician applications, and physician insurance premiums, and health care costs since the implementation of Texas' Medical Negligence Law.
