Mike Jones, shareholder in the Firm, recently took part in the “Trial of a Patent Case” program as a presenter. Mr. Jones weighed in on issues that have the potential to play crucial roles in patent disputes, including: (1) how to try an obviousness case taking into consideration KSR International v. Teleflex Inc.; (2) the future of inequitable conduct; and (3) evidentiary issues related to damages.

This two day course was the 16th Annual Advanced ALI-ABA Course of Study for the Corporate Counsel and the Private Practitioner and was held October 7-8, 2010 in New York, New York.
